Mud Season and rural towns

Ah yes, April  showers bring May flowers ! A welcomed verse after winter. However here in our small rural towns where we have a lot of dirt roads we have a season in between winter and spring and here in Underhill we call it mud season.  A small area just outside of Stowe, Vermont has been affectionately named “Mud City”.

It is a grin and bare it time of year and we all know that soon our lawns will all be stunningly green and our perennials shooting up from a long winter’s nap. So while this may not be the best time to put your property on the market, another two weeks and it looks like a different world.

From Mud to..... It is all worth it!
